• Customization & Installation: Your delivery address, contact person, and relevant unit details provided when confirming custom furniture orders and scheduling installation.

Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide necessary details may prevent us from offering quotations, verifying payments, site measurements, or installation services.

If you have previously ordered custom furniture or inquired about our services, we may use your name and contact details to inform you about Vico Home services (e.g., new product launches, promotions, maintenance tips). We strictly adhere to the following principles:

• We will inform you (in writing or orally) and obtain your consent prior to using your data for direct marketing for the first time.
